Although every document demands the same level of urgency, some counties require special handling. LRS covers all aspects of filing documents — we will never say: no, we can't do that.

e-Recording
"eRecording" is the process of filing and recording documents with the county clerk's or recorder's office via the Internet that would otherwise be sent by express mail or courier service. Enabled by federal (ESIGN) and state (UETA, URPERA) legislation, LRS services all available eRecordable counties and municipal recording jurisdictions — with new jurisdictions added as they come online. The document never leaves our office: no transit delays, no risk of damage or loss, and same-day recording confirmation.

Walk-Up Recording
Certain counties will not accept vesting deeds by overnight delivery or electronic filing — and many require them to travel between up to five departments before recording. LRS delivers your documents to proven, trusted abstractors who stand in line, confirm all forms are completed properly, verify recording fees, and secure recording information within 24 hours. A small supplemental fee — never a refused order.

Image Archiving
Once your document is recorded and returned from the county, LRS scans and auto-indexes it to the appropriate file. Images are always available for viewing and printing — we have never purged a scanned image. We can integrate with your proprietary systems, transfer images in bulk, or deliver to DVD on a schedule.
